Hann Reserve, the exclusive partner of the Professional Golfers’ Association of America (PGA of America) in The Philippines, and one of the regions newest and most exciting projects has signed into a collaboration with 59club Asia, the leading provider of customer experience, benchmarking and improvement solutions for the golf, leisure, retail, and hospitality industries.
This cooperation will see Hann Reserve leverage 59club tools to measure and enhance guest experience, along with supporting staff education and development, setting up Hann Reserve to lead on standards in The Philippines.
This collaboration will see 59club Asia introduce performance measurement tools, mystery shopper audits, sales process measurement to Hann Reserve in addition to benchmarking against some of the finest experiences in the world to elevate the overall experience at Hann Reserve.
