Sentosa Golf Club, one of the world’s most sustainable and celebrated golf venues, has signed a landmark cooperation with 59club Asia, the leading provider of customer experience, benchmarking and improvement solutions for the golf, leisure, retail, and hospitality industries.
This cooperation will see Sentosa Golf Club and 59club work together to further enhance the member and guest experience, as well as support staff development and education over the next three years, enhancing the already incredible experience provided at the Club.
Through the partnership, 59club Asia will introduce its suite of performance measurement tools, mystery shopper audits, and customer satisfaction surveys to Sentosa Golf Club. Benchmarking against the very best clubs, resorts and properties, tailored training programs and workshops will help to elevate member and guest interactions to a new standard.

Since current General Manager, Director of Agronomy and Resident Golf Course Architect, Andrew Johnston, joined the Club in 2010, the Club is ranked in the ‘Top 150 Golf & Country Clubs’, and ‘Top 50 Golf & Country Clubs of Asia-Pacific’, by Platinum Clubs of the World. Whilst The Serapong occupies the top spot in Golf Digest’s latest biennial rankings for ‘Singapore’s Best Courses’, which it has done for over a decade. The Tanjong is placed third.
